What’s New: Document Reminders
We’ve added Document Reminders, a new Premium feature that helps you keep track of important documents by setting reminders directly within SwiftScan. Whether it’s a bill, contract, or form that needs follow-up, you can now schedule a reminder so it doesn’t slip through the cracks.
How to Use Document Reminders
Method 1: From the Send Menu
Open the document
Select the document you want to set a reminder for.Tap Send
Open the Send menu.Select More Options
Tap More Options to display additional actions.Choose Set Reminder
Select Set Reminder, then choose the date, time, and details.
Method 2: When Saving a New Scan
Scan or import a document
Capture a new scan or import a document into SwiftScan.Tap Save
Save the scanned document.Open the document and select More Options
Tap More Options to display additional actions.Set a reminder
Choose Set Reminder, then select the date, time, and details for your new scan.
Method 3: From Quick Actions
- Go to the document list screen
Open the main document list in SwiftScan. - Tap Reminders on the Quick Action bar
Select Reminders from the Quick Action bar. - Select a document
Choose the document you want to set a reminder for. - Set date, time, and description
Enter the reminder date, time, and description, then save.
