Troubleshooting Cloud Services

- Go to SwiftScan Settings – Open the SwiftScan app and tap on the Settings icon.
- Tap Automatic Uploads/Cloud Services – From the Settings menu, select Automatic Uploads/Cloud Services and locate the service you're having issues with.
- Delete the Cloud Service – Remove the problematic cloud service from your list by tapping the delete option.
- Disable Automatic Upload – Turn off the automatic upload feature to prevent any background syncing during troubleshooting.
- Restart Your Phone – Restarting your device can help clear any temporary glitches.
- Re-add the Cloud Service – Open SwiftScan again and re-add the cloud service by signing back into your account.
- Enable Automatic Upload – Once the cloud service is reconnected, re-enable automatic uploads to resume syncing.
