Restoring Purchases in Swiftscan
If you have previously purchased a subscription to Swiftscan but are now having trouble accessing the features you paid for, you may need to restore your purchase.
- Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase your Swiftscan subscription. If you are not sure which email address was used, check your purchase history in the App Store.
- Tap the "Restore" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Close Swiftscan and then reopen it. This should allow the app to recognize that you have restored your purchase and activate the features you paid for.
- If the above steps do not restore your purchase, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Before doing so, make sure any important data in Swiftscan, like collected free content, is backed up or synced to the cloud. After reinstalling Swiftscan, follow steps 1-3 to restore your purchase.
