SwiftScan now automatically uses the attached file name as the email subject when you send a document by email.

When you email a scanned document from SwiftScan, the email subject is automatically populated with the name of the attached file. This saves you time and makes it easier to identify your document at a glance.

  1. Open the document you want to send.
  2. Tap Send.
  3. Select Email.
  4. The email subject is automatically filled in using the attached file's name.
  5. Edit the subject if needed, then send the email.

 

With SwiftScan, your email subject is ready to go using your document's file name, making sharing your scans quicker and easier.
