Resolving SwiftScan Crashes on iOS Devices
Have you experienced crashes with SwiftScan on your iOS device? Here's how you can help us address the issue.
Initial Steps
First, consider rebooting your device. Some crashes may arise from memory issues, and a simple restart often resolves them.
Providing a Crash Report
If SwiftScan keeps experiencing issues or doesn't launch, please assist us by manually sending a crash report.
- Tap the three-dot icon to open the Menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and select Support.
- This will initiate your default email application on your iOS device with a pre-composed email template. This email contains crucial details like device, version information, and potentially a log file. Our development team utilizes this information for diagnosis.
- Detail the process to replicate the problem in the email. The more specific, the better. Screenshots and videos can also be beneficial.
