Open SwiftScan. If you are starting in Camera View, center your camera over the document to be scanned, holding the camera as parallel to the document as possible. If the Camera View is not active, tap the Plus symbol in the red circle at the bottom of the page to open Camera View.
While still holding the camera parallel to the document, move it around above the document until the app locates the text.
Follow the on-screen adjustment prompts to get the best results (Too Close, Move Closer, Perspective).
HINT: If you are seeing the prompt "Too Dark," tap the light button to use the camera's flash.
If Automatic mode is engaged, SwiftScan will use tactile feedback to let you know when it has found text to scan with the prompt "Don't Move."
Hold the camera still for a second and SwiftScan will automatically scan the located text. If you are happy with the scan, tap Save in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select Save to Photos to save the scan to your device's Photos folder or select one of the cloud save, fax. and share options.
