Faster Access to Your Documents

The SwiftScan home screen widget allows you to quickly access essential features without opening the app. With just a tap, you can instantly scan new documents, search for existing files, or view recent scans. This makes managing your documents faster and more convenient.

How to Add the SwiftScan Widget

1. Press and Hold on Your Home Screen – Long-press on an empty space on your Android home screen until a menu appears.
2. Tap "Widgets" – This will open a list of available widgets from your installed apps.
   
   
   
   
3. Find SwiftScan – Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate the SwiftScan widget.
   
   
   
   
4. Drag the Widget to Your Home Screen – Press and hold the SwiftScan widget, then place it in your desired location.
   
   
   
   
5. Resize if Needed – Some devices allow you to adjust the widget size for better visibility.
   
   

Quick Actions

The SwiftScan widget provides three quick action buttons for instant access to key features:

1. Scan – Opens the app directly to the scanning screen, so you can capture a new document immediately.
2. Search – Quickly search for scanned documents within the app.
